Narewa Club is now offering a limited number of lots for sale starting at $152,000 USD. These “presale” lots are perched on a knoll with stunning ocean views overlooking the Great Sea Reef and the waves featured in and on the cover of the May 2005 issue of Surfer Magazine’s “Stunning Find in Fiji.”
The lots are approximately 1/2 acre in size and “freehold” (meaning titles can be purchased “fee simple” as opposed to “leasehold”).
Infrastructure is limited at this time (internal roads and water are currently under construction and / or in the planning phases) but take advantage of this initial offering before prices increase as the development takes shape!
Our prime surf season is November through April; we have multiple breaks (left and rights) that work on the same swell. We are in a unique position to offer a tropical warm water surf destination to northern hemisphere surfers during their cold winter season.
Buying a lot entitles you to Club Membership, guaranteeing you access to five surf breaks we are holding under management lease.
Club Membership also gives you access to great fishing and adventuring along a 200 - mile reef in one of the last accessible frontiers on the planet.
If you would like to come see the project for yourself, you can book space in our rustic traditional thatched coconut lodge.
