Narewa Club is now offering a limited number of lots for sale starting at $152,000 FJD. These “presale” lots are perched on a knoll with stunning ocean views overlooking the Great Sea Reef and the waves featured in and on the cover of the May 2005 issue of Surfer Magazine’s “Stunning Find in Fiji.”
The lots are approximately 1/2 acre in size and “freehold” (meaning titles can be purchased “fee simple” as opposed to “leasehold”).
Infrastructure is limited at this time (internal roads and water are currently under construction and / or in the planning phases) but take advantage of this initial offering before prices increase as the development takes shape!
Our prime surf season is November through April; we have multiple breaks (left and rights) that work on the same swell. We are in a unique position to offer a tropical warm water surf destination to northern hemisphere surfers during their cold winter season.
Buying a lot entitles you to trailer boat access to our current facility, with potential mooring and/or slip options in any future expanded operation. This will give access to offshore surfing, fishing and adventure along a 200 mile reef in one of the last accessible frontiers on the planet.
