Villas

Narewa Club and Resort will be based around surfing, golf, health, fitness and a relaxed Fijian inspired lifestyle. Club members will enjoy all of the resort amenities while having more flexibility and greater rewards than a timeshare.  Solving the problems of absentee ownership while creating a favorable investment potential, we will soon be offering for sale the villas on 1/2 acre fee simple lots.  In each Club member’s absence these villas will be used as hotel accommodations with the owner receiving a portion of the revenue. This is an ideal way to be able to provide upkeep for villa owners as absentee ownership in this tropical environment can be challenging.

The villas will be situated around a ridge above the resort. Each villa will have 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms will be on the upper level and will each have their own private deck and a walled courtyard around the bathrooms for privacy. A few steps down from the living room will be a private plunge pool. Villa members will be able to leave personal belongings  in locked under deck storage when they are not in residence.
